Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for Tellem ESL Pty Ltd. This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions for promoting our TESOL course.

1. Program Overview

The Tellem ESL Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote our TESOL course in exchange for a commission on successful course enrollments generated through their unique referral link.

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Tellem ESL Pty Ltd.

2. Eligibility

To participate, affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Maintain a professional online presence
  • Align with the educational values and mission of Tellem ESL

Tellem ESL Pty Ltd reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a commission for each confirmed TESOL course enrollment made through their unique referral link.
  • A “confirmed enrollment” is defined as a completed payment that is not refunded.
  • Commission rates will be outlined in the affiliate agreement or affiliate dashboard.
  • Commissions are paid after the refund period has expired.

Tellem ESL Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are issued monthly (or as specified in the affiliate agreement).
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate payment details.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings.

5. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote the TESOL course through:

  • Personal websites or blogs
  • Email newsletters (to opt-in subscribers only)
  • Social media platforms
  • Educational communities and professional networks

All promotional content must be honest, accurate, and not misleading.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false income claims or job guarantees
  • Misrepresent the TESOL certification
  • Use spam marketing techniques
  • Run paid ads using “Tellem ESL” branded keywords without written permission
  • Impersonate Tellem ESL Pty Ltd
  • Offer unauthorized discounts

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Branding and Content Use

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Tellem ESL Pty Ltd.

Affiliates may not modify logos, course descriptions, or branding in a way that misrepresents the program.

Tellem ESL Pty Ltd reserves the right to request removal of promotional content that does not meet brand guidelines.

8. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred student receives a refund or files a chargeback:

  • The associated commission will be deducted from future payouts.
  • If already paid, the amount may be adjusted against future earnings.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time with written notice.

Tellem ESL Pty Ltd may immediately terminate affiliates who violate this policy.

Upon termination:

  • Referral links will be deactivated.
  • Outstanding eligible commissions will be paid according to standard payment terms.

10. Modification of Policy

Tellem ESL Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes.
