How do live classes work?
Classes take place on Zoom or Google Classroom. Please ensure you have access to these platforms. Alternatively, request an in-person lesson if you reside in the Beitou, Taipei area.
How long do I have access to the course?
The course lasts for 8 weeks starting the day you attend your first class. If you miss the class, you will be given class notes and access to the course notes and resources. You can also request a make-up class, at an additional cost of 1200 NTD / 40 USD = 60 minutes.
Are there any prerequisites for this course?
We assume that by taking the course, you have access to a VPN (if needed), YouTube and Chrome or Firefox (internet browsers). You will need to use a laptop, computer, or smartphone for this course. You will also need decent internet speeds to comfortably watch the course videos and attend live classes.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. Once you purchase the course, you will not be refunded, so please make sure you ask all the relevant questions before purchasing. Also confirm that you have a good VPN, if one is required.
